GHL + Twilio + Custom EMR Integration Specialist
PROJECT SUMMARY
Built a complete HIPAA-compliant CRM, telephony, and lead-automation system for an IV therapy company operating across Los Angeles. The project connected Twilio call routing, a HIPAA-tier Go High Level sub-account, and a custom integration with NomadMD, the company's EMR and booking platform. It was designed to unify patient communication, compliance, and scheduling into one automated system.
The client needed a compliant medical CRM and telephony system, but their EMR platform, NomadMD, had no native GHL integration and wasn't available on Zapier, requiring custom middleware to bridge the two systems. HIPAA-tier requirements, A2P 10DLC registration, TCPA opt-in rules, and California two-party consent recording laws added strict compliance constraints throughout the build.
A HIPAA-eligible GHL sub-account was provisioned with a signed BAA, custom pipelines, and a full workflow and calendar setup, paired with a Twilio-based IVR handling multi-number call routing, missed-call text-back, and compliant call recording with legal disclosure. Custom webhook/API middleware was built to connect NomadMD to GHL in real time, with A2P 10DLC brand registration and TCPA-compliant opt-ins handled as part of the compliance build.
The IV therapy company now runs a fully connected, compliant CRM and telephony system with automated call routing, missed-call recovery, and real-time booking data flowing between NomadMD and GHL. Compliance requirements including HIPAA tier access, A2P 10DLC registration, and California recording disclosure were fully implemented alongside the technical build. The client received Loom walkthroughs and written SOPs, along with post-launch support, enabling the team to run the system independently.
